Membership in DCCA is open to residents, businesses and supporters of the Dupont Circle neighborhood according to the Association's Bylaws. The membership dues year runs concurrent with the calendar year. New members who join after September 1, 2012 are automatically enrolled for 2013. Voting members must have paid their dues to be elegible to vote on any matter at membership meetings or the Annual meeting on the first Monday in May.


Are you already a DCCA member? Then log on to this site to pay your 2013 dues via PayPal or change your contact information. Simply enter your E-mail address and Password in the boxes to the left. If this is your first time using this site, you may have to reset your password. Simply click on "Forgot password" and follow the instructions.

 You must be a DCCA member to vote in elections for officers and board members. Elections take place at the annual meeting, which is held on the first Monday in May each year. Patrons, benefactors and sponsors automatically become DCCA members and are listed each year in the Dupont Circle House Tour guidebook and on the House Tour Website. 

Membership Categories

We have three categories of membership -- Voting, Associate and Honorary:

Voting: requires residency within our chartered boundaries. Includes weekly email updates, memberships meetings and social events such as our annual New Years Resolutions party, volunteer opportunities including committee membership, eligibility for DCCA Board service (as laid out in by-laws). Dues schedule below.

 Senior  $15
 Contributor  $50
 Patron  $100 includes a listing of your name (only) in the 2013 House Tour Booklet
 Benefactor  $250 includes a listing of your name (only) in the 2013 House Tour Booklet
 Sponsor  $500 includes a listing of your name (only) in the 2013 House Tour Booklet

Associate: open to those who do not live within DCCA boundaries such as former residents and businesses whose owners live out of the neighborhood. Includes weekly email updates, memberships meetings and social events such as our annual New Years Resolutions party, volunteer opportunities including committee membership on some DCCA committees. Dues schedule below.
 Associate  $25                                                                                                            

Honorary: DCCA may bestow an honorary membership on an individual who has rendered extraordinary service to the neighborhood. No dues.

Founded in 1922 in a townhouse at 1767 P Street, to promote and protect the interests of the residents, the Dupont Circle Citizens Association (DCCA) is the premier civic and residential organization in the Dupont Circle area.

DCCA brings neighbors, including residents, businesses and non-profit organizations, together to improve the quality of life in an active and diverse urban neighborhood. It holds membership meetings 9 times each year, which are open to the public, runs the Dupont Circle House Tour, resolves neighborhood issues through its committees, donates to local causes, and incubates innovative projects.
